Tell us about your project
Share the type of work and the outcome you have in mind.
Use the quote form, the contact form or simply call us. A short description of the work, the property and your preferred timing is enough to begin. Photographs are helpful but not essential.
Stage 2
Discuss the requirements
Clarify the scope, property details, access and timing.
We'll get in touch using your preferred contact method. We'll ask about the property, the work you need and any constraints — parking, access, occupied rooms or timing. Where the work needs it, we'll arrange to see the property.
Stage 3
Review the proposed work
Discuss the quotation, assumptions, exclusions and next steps.
You'll receive a quotation setting out the proposed work, what's included, the assumptions it's based on and anything that's excluded. We're happy to talk it through and answer questions.
Stage 4
Agree the project details
Confirm the scope and arrangements before work begins.
Before work starts, we'll confirm the agreed scope and the practical arrangements — such as access, working hours and protection of your home — so everyone is working from the same plan.
